The Rocky Ridge program works with a diverse set of landowners — from the Land Trust of North Alabama managing conservation easement properties, to individual family landowners managing working farms and ranchlands. Each property receives a tailored conservation plan based on its unique ecology, landowner goals, and the best available science.

A Morgan County ranching property operated by RAS Land & Cattle Company, LLC, named in the NFWF grant materials for grazing land improvement and management. The property focuses on adaptive grazing techniques and native pasture improvement to benefit both livestock production and wildlife.

A privately owned property in North Alabama with significant kudzu and other invasive plant pressure. The Allen Property is being assessed for invasive species control and native habitat restoration following successful removal efforts.
